Our 57 square meter large apartment is designed for up to 5 people. It features 2 bedrooms both equipped with a double bed. In the 20 square meter large bedroom there is also intended a single bed (if necessary). The 2 bedrooms are furnished in an alpine and rustic style. The fully equipped kitchen offers thanks to its panoramic window a breathtaking view on the village Ortisei and the surrounding mountains. Furthermore the apartments modern bathroom offers a rain shower, WC, bidet and a multimedia mirror. In conclusion this apartment has a balcony. Throughout the apartment is laid oak floor with an underfloor heating.

In the indicated price is not included the local tourist tax which omounts to 1,75€ per night and guest and needs to be paid at the moment of check-in.
Deposit: the reservation becomes binding in the moment we get the deposit (which amounts to 30% of the total price). It has to be paid by a bank transfer after getting the confirmation of the reservation. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be repaid.
At the moment of check-in we will debit a bail of 300€ as a security against damages in the apartment. In case of no significant damages, the whole amount will be repaid within one week after departure.
